Returns

As a supplement, Löta has to follow a strict health and safety code, so we can only accept returns on unopened product. If it's unopened, we offer easy returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase - just email us at care@lotaguthealth.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.

Returned product needs to come back in its original, unopened packaging. You're responsible for the return shipping cost, plus a small $6 processing fee. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once it arrives back to us, please allow 10–15 days to process your refund. We'll let you know as soon as we've received it, and your refund will go back to your original payment method, minus the processing fee and return shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
